Transfer of Personal Information of European Union Citizens

In response to the recent decision by the European Court of Justice that the Safe Harbor Framework is no longer a valid mechanism for transfer of data, we will continue to use Model Contract Clauses (processor) approved by the European Commission in connection with such transfers when appropriate. We will also continue to abide by the Safe Harbor Framework and adhere to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.
